3D Bioprinter

The enivisionTEC 3D-Bioplotter is a versatile rapid prototyping tool for processing a great variety of biomaterials . The 3D-Bioplotter has the capacity of fabricating scaffolds using the widest range of materials of any singular rapid prototyping machine, from soft hydrogels over polymer melts up to hard ceramics and metals. Complex inner patterns can easily be designed using the 3D-Bioplotter software to control the mechanical properties, increase cell adhesion, as well as improve the flow of nutrient media throughout the interconnecting pores of the printed implants. The build volume (L x W x H) of the printer is 200 x 220 x 140 mm (7.87” x 8.66” x 5.51”).

Rheometer

The Anton Paar Rheometer MCR 92 is equipped with a highly accurate air-bearing motor for testing sensitive samples and can measure in both rotation and oscillation modes. The machine can test solids or low-viscosity liquids across a wide viscosity range. There is a motor that lifts up the measuring head automatically to a set measuring gap. The machine has a temperature device to cover a range from -40 °C up to 400 °C. the air-bearing-supported synchronous EC motor deploys a frictionless synchronous movement of the rotor inside that enables the most sensitive and therefore most precise movements.

Mechanical Property Tester

The ADMET eXpert 7600 is a single-column testing machine capable of performing tension, compression, flexure, and peel/adhesion tests. The unit is capable of exerting a force up to 5 kN. The machine is ideal for testing high elongation materials since it is one of the industry’s largest vertical testing machines. ADMET also offers a wide range of grips, fixtures, load cells, extensometers, and heating/cooling systems. Modification of the stroke, speed, and torsion actuators for biaxial tests can be accommodated by ADMET as well.

Imaging and Measurement System

The Micro-Vu Vertex Measuring Center is a table top system equipped with a high-resolution camera-based measuring system to get fast, accurate measurements on a wide variety of parts. Vertex can be configured with additional measurement probes and sensors. The Vertex provides photos through a programmable optical and digital zoom, supports sensitive touch probe accessories allowing measurement of smaller intricate geometry, and high speed vertical distance measurement sensors for scanning capability that covers both specular and diffuse parts. The system also includes the InSpec Metrology Software®, which provides point-and-click simplicity, proprietary edge detection, advanced lighting control and calibration, multisensor integration, automated calibrations, and a clear display of measurement data and tolerances.

Resin Printer

The Anycubic Photon M3 Max features a 13.6" 7K monochrome screen, high resolution of 6,480 x 3,600 px (7K), and a 298mm x 164mm x 300mm build size. It is equipped with a matrix light source system that has 84 LEDs, providing  powerful and uniform light energy which enhances the quality of the model and increases the printing speed up to 60mm/h. The slicing software  Anycubic Photon Workshop 3.0 series is used to adjust the model before slicing.
